Hardware Installation

Power- Indicates the power adapter is connected and there is power getting to the modem. .

The Reset button (on the left side) has two funtions. If it is quickly depressed and released, the

modem will simply power cycle the internal hardware. If, however, the reset is depressed and

held for several seconds (count 10 slowly), the ALEOS configuration settings will return to the

factory defaults.

Caution: If you reset the modem configuration using the reset button, you may

need to reconfigure your APN.

Monitoring Power-In Voltage and Internal Temperature

The current status of the power-in voltage and the internal (board) temperature, in Celsius, can be

monitored in Wireless Ace.
